Gone are the days of relying on spreadsheets or post-it notes to set PPS schedules or count ARD dates. The MDS Assistant provides instant creation of full Perspective Payment Schedules, complete with ARD dates and Grace Dates. It also allows you to set an ARD Lookback Date and quickly calculate up to 30 days back. Furthermore, it provides a comprehensive OBRA Assessment Calendar, giving you instant access to quarterly and comprehensive ARD dates.
When it comes to SNF Re/Certification, the MDS Assistant allows you to easily set admission dates and view modifiable recertification dates. Additionally, it provides a Weight Calculator for Section K, allowing you to instantly obtain weight calculations. For Rug Classification Scores and Category, the app offers a Rehab Classification Calculator.
It's worth noting that the MDS Assistant is MDS 3.0 compliant and even supports and calculates leap years for added accuracy.
